Business Controller

We’re looking for a Business Controller to help transition our Finance team from a primarily processing role to a more forward-looking, data-driven function. In this role, you will strengthen accountability for revenues and costs by providing clear analyses, and play a key part in the budgeting and forecasting process.

Your responsibilities

  • Review and challenge financial business cases for investments (e.g. new products, services, locations)
  • Monitor revenues and gross margins across products, services and locations, and report KPIs to the Management Team and Commercial stakeholders
  • Coordinate the quarterly forecasting process, identifying and reporting key risks and opportunities
  • Deliver consolidated rolling forecast reporting to the Management Team
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process

Head of Platform Operations

We're looking for a Head of Platform Operations to lead the operational excellence of the AMS-IX platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for the reliability, stability and availability of our live platform and all customer-facing infrastructure. You'll lead our Network Operations (NOC), Systems Engineering and Field Engineering teams, ensuring 24/7 service continuity, disciplined incident management and controlled execution of operational changes.

You will play a key role in maintaining a resilient production environment while driving continuous improvement through automation, AI-driven operational tooling and data-driven performance management. Working closely with the Head of Network Transformation and other business stakeholders, you'll ensure new technologies are successfully transitioned into operations and continue to meet our carrier-grade standards. 

Your responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the Network Operations (NOC), Systems Engineering and Field Engineering teams.
  • Ensure platform availability, resilience and operational excellence.
  • Drive operational risk management and compliance with ISO 27001 and Critical Infrastructure requirements.

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Own Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.

Hardware Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a Hardware Logistics Coordinator to oversee the hardware logistics activities that support the AMS-IX platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments, ordering coordination and asset administration, ensuring all logistics processes are controlled, traceable and consistently executed.

As the central point of contact for hardware requests, you'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure hardware is available for projects, incident response and day-to-day operations. You'll also take ownership of the storage environment, maintaining accurate inventory, controlled access and an organised, accessible warehouse that supports the reliability of our network infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset administration.
  • Ensure all hardware movements are registered, traceable and up to date.
  • Monitor stock levels of critical and commonly used equipment.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, returns and internal hardware movements.
  • Ensure logistics processes are controlled, traceable and supported by accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate hardware requirements for projects and operational activities.
  • Ensure required materials and spare equipment are available while preventing shortages and unnecessary overstock.

Vendor & Process Management

  • Manage the RMA process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with hardware suppliers regarding deliveries, returns and hardware availability.
  • Take ownership of the storage environment and continuously improve hardware logistics processes.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organised, accessible and compliant with agreed procedures.

Security Engineer

As a Security Engineer, you will help protect the security, resilience and performance of our global infrastructure. You will take ownership of our security posture, with a strong focus on firewall systems, security controls, monitoring and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities
